A morning that pairs a visit to the Grand Mosque with the al-Sabah Collection at the Amricani Cultural Centre.
Begin with the Grand Mosque, the largest in Kuwait, and its prayer hall of teak doors and calligraphy. Then continue to the galleries of Dar al-Athar al-Islamiyyah to see manuscripts, ceramics and jewelled objects from across the Islamic world.
Modest dress is required; scarves and abayas are provided for women at the mosque.
